  • Modeling and simulation of the static and dynamic characteristics of micro and nanoelectronic components (MESFET and CNTFET transistors, LEDs, solar cells, etc.).
  • Simulation of high energy sensors based on semiconductors.
  • Transport in semiconductors (theoretical study).

Research prospects

The field of photovoltaics is of specific importance in our research perspectives. Currently, in view of our resources, we are only interested in the simulation of solar cells. But in the future we look forward to the characterization (as a first step) of these very frequent components in the new national and international energy strategy.
