Missions of the General Secretariat The general secretariat is in charge of the followings : -Ensure the management of staff carriers while respecting the attributions of faculty or institute in this domain, - Prepare the project budget of the university and follow up its implementation, -Ensure the follow-up of the funding of laboratories and research units activities, -Oversee the proper functioning of the common services of university, -Implement and promote cultural and sports activities programs of university, - Ensure the follow-up and coordination of internal security plans of university in relation with the ministerial office of internal security, - Ensure the management and conservation of archives and rectorate documentation, - Ensure the functioning and management of the Office of University Registrar.
