The center provides a public foreign language teaching service, intended primarily for all segments of the university, mainly students, employees, and teachers. The center also provides a foreign language training service, according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFRL), for all membersof the community as well as for the various public and private sectors with the aim of improving their service quality offered to the public and open up new perspectives for individuals; both professionally and personally.
