French We are in the process of developing a project of systematic institution on the life span of five-year period (2021-2025), according to preordained outlines objectives that underline our strategy of a participatory, communicative and responsible approach and which involves all the pertinent segments and vital actors of the University. This project will endeavor not only to determine the operational objectives translated into actions, but also to adapt to the socio-economic and international environment.
